Relevé: in French it translates into ‘raised up’. In ballet it is the movement in which the dancer rises on the tips of the toes. At our studio we use it as motivation to elevate. It doesn’t matter where you start from, we ask you to come as you are and work up.
Offering more than just a workout, we combine physical fitness with mental well being. We currently offer Barre, Cardio Barre, Cardio Circuit, Mat Pilates, Piloxing, Suspension Training and Total Body classes Monday through Friday at a variety of times. Each workout ends with Relevé Relaxation, a simple moment of peace before returning to your day.
