Print the worksheet, post it somewhere you will see it every day (fridge or bathroom mirror!) and keep track. Before you start, write in a reward so that each time you complete 5 sessions you will earn something great (a bubble bath, your favorite movie, 30 minutes of quiet time...pick something that motivates you and try to avoid food rewards).
